We are a husband and wife real estate team looking to help buyers, sellers and investors in North GA, and surrounding areas. We moved to the mountains a little over 5 years ago and become experts in all things North GA. We love this area and all that it has to offer and we'd love to show you all of the hidden gems.

What sets us apart from your average real estate agent is that we work together as a team to make sure we provide you with everything you need to feel at home and at ease. Our goal is not to help you find a house, it's to help you create a home. Whether it is learning more about how to plug into the area, finding family fun, or even inspiring you with some DIY home projects to help you create that "cozy home" atmosphere, we are here to serve YOU and your needs.

As a husband and wife team, this means that you have TWO people working for you. One, if not both, of us will always be available to answer your questions and help you in any possible way we can.

A little more about us personally- We are a Christian family and we fully acknowledge how God's hand has played the biggest role in our lives and business. All glory goes to Him.
We are college sweethearts. We have been married since 2014 and have 3 beautiful children together. We were born and raised in Georgia and have always been HUGE Atlanta Braves fans (Fun fact: we got engaged on home plate at Turner Field!) and we love going to games.
Evan worked in IT for 9 years. He was a project manager, so he is great with negotiations and making sure things stay on task and keeping an organized structure. He is also really tech savvy in case you ever need help with anything "techy".

Teia has been a photographer for 8 years. She loves creating memories for families and is obsessed with all things home improvement/ DIY. There really is something special about making your house a home. She stepped back from wedding photography to focus on her real estate business and be able to serve families to the best of her abilities.
